Some users have reported problems with our messaging system between buyers and suppliers.

It is a bug we are working on - in the meantime, there are a few simple fixes you can try:

Method 1: Log out / log in

1) Log out of your account
2) Log in again with the same account.

This should solve the problem!

Method 2: Incognito window

As an alternative, simply try to open a new "Incognito" or "Private" window and log in again. It should fix the issue too.

Method 3: Clear Storage (Chrome)

To fix the message problem, please follow the instructions below:

Whilst using the Chrome browser, press F12 on your keyboard
On the new popup, go to the "Application" tab, then choose "Clear Storage" and finally click on the "Clear site data"
Once this is done, you will get logged out. Go back to the homepage and log in again: https://sourcingplayground.com
Go back to "Message" page, if you get a white page, just refresh the page with F5 and it should now work fine
